Childcare investigating alleged girl rape, 15

Kaieteur News – The Child Care and Protection Agency (CPA) is investigating the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl. This is according to the Head of the CPA, Ann Greene.
Kaieteur News understands that on December 19, 2020, the suspect and teenager were invited to a party in Kaneville, Demerara East Bank.
The woman who wishes to remain anonymous told Kaieteur News that the young girl, at the party, asked her to follow her to the store. On their way to the store, the woman said she asked the teenager and why she smoked.
According to the woman, the young woman told her she was stressed. The woman said the teenage girl, during nights when her mother was at work, allegedly raped her.
The teen told the woman he would interfere with her most times when the suspect was drinking alcohol. The teenager told the woman that the suspect usually buys her whatever he wants and told her not to allow anyone else to touch her except him.
It is also alleged that the suspect’s brother who also lives in the yard would also interfere with the teenager. The woman said when confronted with the suspect, he was restrained. He added, “Three days ago, while I was going home from work, he threatened that if I don’t shout my mouth, he will burn my f &% @ king’s house down. “
The woman told this publication she did not make an official police report because, “All they do is get you running around; that’s why I revealed it on Facebook. ”
The woman said she had recently reached out to the CPA. When Kaieteur News contacted Greene, he confirmed the alleged rape and noted that the agency is currently investigating the matter.
Initially, the woman had posted on Facebook about the issue asking for the public’s help in assisting the allegedly sexually abused youth.
The woman also noted that the young girl’s mother reached out to her and told her that the CPA had a report for the teenage girl from when the young girl had run away from her front and begged the woman to remove the job because the teenage girl was already sexually active.
