The Mayor and the City Council and Lamaha Gardens Community Co-operative Limited (LGCCL) have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at fostering joint community development.
Signed in City Hall Chambers on Wednesday, the Memorandum of Understanding will be recognized from the day it was signed.

This collaborative effort was signed by Mayor Ubraj Narine, Deputy Mayor Alfred Mentore; Town Clerk Julian Orgista (ag), and LGCCL Chairman Ronald Alli.
“We are very grateful (for) the opportunity for community support in community development, so that together we can have better living environments,” the M&CC said in a press release.
