Police seek second person in connection with Ogle drug bust

The Customs Anti-Narcotics Unit (CANU) has issued a wanted bulletin for Edinho Lewis of Shopping Plaza, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown.

CANU said he was wanted for questioning about the recent cocaine seizure at Eugene F. Correia International Airport, Ogle.

CANU has already published a wanted bulletin for Chelsea Collins from David Rose Street, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown over the drug bust.

CANU ranks found about 534 grams of cocaine in a pack of local snacks destined for Brooklyn, New York, USA.

Anyone who knows where he is is kindly asked to contact CANU Headquarters – 2273507 or 2260431.

On January 27, CANU intercepted a box containing suspected cocaine before the box was loaded on a flight scheduled for Brooklyn New York. The suspected cocaine was found in two parcels wrapped in carbon and hidden in a fake wall to the bottom of that box.

The box contained several packages of local snacks: coconut biscuit, mitty, chicken foot and one packet of uncooked vermicelli.
