Albion CCCC to host second vaccination campaign this weekend – News Room Guyana

Following on the heels of a successful vaccination campaign in early April when 421 people received the injection, the Albion Community Center Cricket Club (ACCCC) will be holding another one this Saturday (April 24), targeting 18 and over.

The Club’s sponsor, Dr. Leslie Ramsammy, an Adviser to the Ministry of Health, has been a leading figure in the country’s efforts to get people vaccinated.

Earlier this week, he met with local cricket club captains / managers, businessmen, religious leaders, head teachers, teachers and CDC officials in the No One Road / Clifton area of ​​Albion Community Center Main Hall to discuss the Ministry’s partnership with the Club on for the forthcoming vaccination drive.
