The Suriname Government has revised its COVID-19 Protocols which will now see people traveling there being quarantined for seven days upon arrival.
This is in addition to the established requirement for a negative PCR test, according to Public Works Minister Juan Edghill.

He noted that there were specific hotels identified for people to use for their quarantine period.
According to reports coming out of the Netherlands, there are more than 9,000 COVID-19 cases and the death toll is over 170.
