Gov’t to bid for the Under 19 World Cup

Guyana will bid for matches to be held at the country’s only international Stadium, Providence including the upcoming International Cricket Council Under-19 World Cup.

This is according to a statement from the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) which stated that the board had recently requested the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Charles Ramson Jnr., At the Stadium.
