Kaieteur News – Georgetown was always a fascinating city. In the old days, many ‘country’ people used to be amazed when you come to a big city and see how many orphans of the gate live on the south. Now a day, de junkies add to the number of people living and sleeping pun de paving.

One time a journalist asks a doctor in de Mental Ward, how he decides who sends to Canje and who keeps in a ward.
De Doctor tells tea journalist tea that he has collected a simple test that he applies. He said, “I fill a bathtub with water and then give a patient tea: a) a teaspoon, b) a glass and c) a bucket and tell the patient to empty the bathtub.”
The journalist said, “Oh, obviously a normal person would use the bucket because it’s bigger.”
The doctor replied, “No, a normal person would pull the drain plug! Go to the admission desk and admit yourself to the Mental Ward. We will have to do more investigations on you. ”
