After a year, Penny credits her PNC

Look, I promise (myself) to leave this sensitive national issue, from thinning by executives in public offices, to others for a long time.

But if even half of what a “new” seven-month PPP government is reporting is about (alleged) irregular financial practices; manipulating, appropriating and misappropriating money from the taxpayer’s treasury; allegedly dealing conflicts of interest over huge contracts and even illegal allocation of resources such as state lands; if even half of those allegations can be proven to be true in the courts, we, the economically challenged voter-citizens, could be excused for not trusting those seeking votes.

Of course, the “democratic” judicial nature of our rule of law is often conducive to many who are guilty of stealing from the public purse. Procedural techniques and the specific law, evidential defects make it very difficult to convict those guilty of financial malice. After all when top officials, responsible for policy and programs, are hired to plan theft and significant theft, good accountants and better attorneys are hired during and after. (But the court of public opinion often knows what the trial court needs)
